1. House keeping appears to be a problem, When I arrived for the second time, there was a wind glass with a few drops of red wine in it on the table as soon as you get off the elevator, when we left, the same wind glass was there three days later.

6. There was a problem with our reservation so they gave us a drink voucher to have a cocktail while they worked it out with our credit card (made the reservations using points) and then they gave us a very nice room with a view of the port.

8. Decor is a little dates, and noise from adjoining rooms, especially upstairs, can be a problem in the morning with all the showers and flushing.

10. The only problem's we had with the room were we couldn't get the safe to work and they don't give you much coffee for the coffee maker.
