2. Much to our chagrin this was a bold face lie, and we in fact had construction two floors above us, and it sounded like the construction was going on in the room next to us that is how loud it was.

4. Had a nice view of the water, but didn't realize that Friday and Saturday nights at the nearby shopping area are very, very noisy - loud music playing until 2:00 in the morning that we could hear a block away.
