The young man who checked me in was neither warm nor friendly (get over yourself, son, haughtiness is not becoming), a British-speaking guest snapped at me when I pushed a wrong button at the elevator, and there is NO refrigerator or coffee pot in this room (and, please, I should not have to call and ask for one).

8. Service is erratic, ranging from very hospitable (the staff do seem to love the hotel) to completely inept - the bell boy was unable to deliver our bags to us, sending them repeatedly to the wrong rooms despite our numerous calls down to the front desk.
