1. Service in bar area can be a bit slow when busy (not a problem if you have an hour to kill).

8. Love the free internet (I still can't believe other hotels charge for this, and when I had a problem connecting, the hotel had tech support on line immediately).

9. When we checked out of the hotel our parking charges were cancelled as an apology for the problems we experienced which we thought was a nice gesture.

10. This dulled our experience a little since we didn't expect to see children in such an environment and at such a late hour We chose to have our car valet parked and had no major problems, aside from the $21/day charge.
