1. I will agree that the rates are high and all the extras are annoying - $18 for self park, $12 for the 'hotel fee' (included free shoe shine) - but you really are treated extra special at this hotel.

2. The tradition with the ducks and their procession during cocktail hour is amusing at first but rapidly becomes annoying.

3. The scheduled coming and going of the ducks, which ride the elevator down to the lobby, then up to their penthouse, at specific scheduled times is a delight for a number of people (many who are not staying in the hotel) who line up to watch, but it is really annoying as a guest.

4. What really annoyed me was the additional $12 per day service charge for such things as wireless internet (I didn't have a PC so was charged to use the Fedex office), coffee (too early) shoeshine (I'm a tourist) and paper ($2 at best).

5. First of all when we got there are room wasn't ready and wouldn't be ready until nearly 4:30 mildly annoying but we went out to site see instead.
