4. I never mind paying high prices if the product is good, but I think this hotel has major service issues.

5. I only had one issue where I had asked for a transfer and it hadn't arrived but the manager emailed me to apologise and I found that kind of service exceptional especially coming from Sydney where we have no clue on how to treat visitors.

6. My main issue is that the Peabody caters to weddings and corporate events which makes the hotel less attractive and less historic seeming - wedding schedules posted everywhere & big corporate civic center like add-ons & extreme crowds - which makes it much less pleasant for guests who are simply on vacation, passing through or staying in hopes of enjoying a classic hotel.
