1. Staff were very friendly and made everything extremely easy (except for one of the staff on the lobby bar was a bit rude in my opinion, but hey its his tip to lose).

7. i attempted to have a pleaseant evening with my family and friends and the staff was rude, I have never been treated as poorly as I was at the lobby bsr of the Peabody.
