The cable barely worked and was mostly static(all 10 or so channels), the handle on the sink came off, the toilets wouldn't flush (even overflowed for no reason), had to have maintenance come to the room on at least 2 occasions, carpet was old and stained as was pretty much the rest of the room (and smelled weird).
