1. We think the room we were in had a plumbing problem before we arrived, and the cleaning staff had obviously worked very hard to clean up/rectify the problem.

5. Eventually a woman came to assist me and it turned out that she and her husband had just purchased the hotel and were unaware of the problem as they we just taking possession (hence the sacking of the rude receptionist).

6. Front desk staff and Housekeeping services were excellent and actually above and beyond in assisting us with a non hotel related problem.

7. We had a slight problem when my car was his by another guests car, and the lobby staff were more than willing to help a british tourist find their way around the phone sysyem.

10. In my opinion, ongoing extermination service to take care of this problem and prevent the problem in the future, is the only way I would feel OK about staying here again.
