2. The rate was reasonable, safe location, free parking (other hotels charge $25-$30), quiet at night no one screaming or yelling, clean, no bed bugs (no sure what that bug photo was all about), WIFI was good except there is no mobile phone reception in the room.

3. When I called front desk to say that there were a lot of ants in the bathroom, they sent someone up with bug spray.
