1. The rooms are clean and comfortable and my only complaint was that I had to go to the front desk more than once for soap & shampoo, as the maid seemed to skip replacing ours several times in a 7-day stay.

2. We decided after one night to cancel as basically the place was a dump,however the guy called Pedro on the desk was really helpful,booked us into our next hotel and seemed genuinely awaken aback at our complaints.
