1. When we asked for a supervisor to report her rude attitude she insisted she was the office manager but I find that hard to believe ,maybe the corporate office at Best Western needs to do more training with the front desk personnel to make it comparable to their other hotels.

3. Eventually a woman came to assist me and it turned out that she and her husband had just purchased the hotel and were unaware of the problem as they we just taking possession (hence the sacking of the rude receptionist).

Desk man was incredibly rude to 2 sets of customers in front of me,argued loudly with them, blanked me during check in, charged 2 dollars extra `service` charge for unnamed service, room was dark, TV fuzzy and unwatchable and to cap it all my wife got a fine selection of bites al over her body from the bed.
