1. We think the room we were in had a plumbing problem before we arrived, and the cleaning staff had obviously worked very hard to clean up/rectify the problem.

2. Ooutdoors Swimming pool was not heated,parking was very hard to find even though they charged 10 per night,open walkways led to no privacy in room and too much noise all thrught the night from traffic and people walking by.

4. When we asked for a supervisor to report her rude attitude she insisted she was the office manager but I find that hard to believe ,maybe the corporate office at Best Western needs to do more training with the front desk personnel to make it comparable to their other hotels.

5. Room was ok nothing memorable ,a tiny dingy space with old fashioned decor and smelly bathroom(mold under the toilet) but we hardly spent any time in there so i guess it was fine for sleeping.

6. I kind of made it very clear that the currently settings which saved everything onto the hard drive was a massively unacceptable situation.

7. Lo and behold it took me an hour and half to try and delete my files off the computer as they had been saved into a file on the hard drive which could be accessed by any user but only deleted by an Admin.

9. When we get back late, getting into a parking spot is hard because the lot is always really full.
