The cable barely worked and was mostly static(all 10 or so channels), the handle on the sink came off, the toilets wouldn't flush (even overflowed for no reason), had to have maintenance come to the room on at least 2 occasions, carpet was old and stained as was pretty much the rest of the room (and smelled weird).

10. The guy told me that if they were bookout I would be stuck with a smoking room even though I have a medical condition where I get very sick if I am around the smell of smoke.
