1. I knew from the first stay there that this could be a problem, with long lines for both.

4. The problem with the airport shuttle was that a Checker Cab Shuttle driver who was to drive my wife to the airport called her cell number (which we had left with the concierge desk when we made the reservation) and attempted to push her to depart an hour before her scheduled time and to charge her $10 more than the published rate.

6. There were only two real problems and one of those was the Hyatt's problem and one of those was an airport shuttle problem the Hyatt solved for us quickly and professionally.

7. The one problem that was the Hyatt's is that on Saturday and Sunday nights, the folks in the Trellis Restaurant (their only open hotel restaurant) are *excruciatingly* slow in serving food.

8. Pros: Great service (seriously, great service, I had a couple problems and all the staff dealt with my concerns promptly and provided many options to address my needs), AMAZING view of river (I had a river view room, wow.

10. It is on the 19th floor by the fitness center and it relatively small which was why it was a problem the day before.
