1. Pros: Friendly staff -- she noted that my room was far from the elevator and asked if I wanted one closer; I did, and she placed me on a higher floor (16 instead of 10) and right by the elevator, which was convenient and not noisy.

3. I'm a business traveler and previously had stayed at this hotel, it's old and noisy but it's also close to were I frequently conduct business.
