1. The staff at the Hyatt took this in stride and made accommodations for us to park the truck with a minimum of issues.

5. I Tried to address issue with hotel management (who was rude, condescending, and clearly did not care) because this person confessed that he received my info from his contact at the hotel.

9. stayed at this property on several occasions and with the exception of some bus parking issues, i rate this property very high.

10. And when checking out I decided to bring up the issue again about the room we reserved not being available and the girl immediately said that if our room was not available we should have been upgraded for free with no charge and took the additional $30 off our bill.
