2. Palmer and what I'm sure was a very frustrating conversation, the best that he could do was to take $75 off the FIRST NIGHT ONLY - that's $100 for a room with no windows and no bed (see pictures).

7. Good views, but:Restaurant closed for remodeling; no minibar in the rooms (not even so much as a bottle of water); very dirty common areas; completely inadequate auto valet (we waited 20 minutes to pick up our car - other frustrated guests were literally walking into the unmanned valet booth, selecting their keys, and walking off to find their own cars).
