1. I traveled to Jacksonville for business, and while the city less than impressed me, the Hyatt Jacksonville Riverfront was a really nice hotel with some good perks to make up for the lack of excitement in Jacksonville.

3. It's not just that my personal information was given to a total stranger, although that is eneough, it is the lack of accountability and concern, and the general apathy that I experienced from management.
"Horrific Experience!! Will never stay at a Hyatt--Personal Safety/Privacy Breached " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/24/2010 Vote
4. The hot tub however was dissapointing and had mold, another observation was the lack of lifeguards by the pool and the amount of kids pretty much doing what they wanted and ruining the pool expericence a little bit.
"nice mini vacation " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/22/2010 Vote
5. The rooms were well appointed and very spacious, i did not think the decor was lacking at all as some of the other reviewers had stated, it has an i pod dock and modern desk/furniture the only thing i would say that needs updating is the tv in the rooms.
"nice mini vacation " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/22/2010 Vote
6. It just lacks the amenities that even the most basic chains (Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express) have; for a business hotel this class it is definitely at the bottom.
"Meh...so so business stay. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/4/2010 Vote
7. From the lady that cleans my room, Jelena, who is nothing but smiles, hard work to Katalina, the nicest concierge you'll ever meet, to whom I had mentioned in passing the lack of microwave in my room for my evening popcorn to watch the new HBO series 'The Pacific', moved mountains and seas and delivered herself the popcorn to my room.
"Outstanding staff complemented by a great property " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/15/2010 Vote
8. Hotel was very noisy and lacked any atmosphere.
"Not impressed " Read full review on Expedia   2/9/2010 Vote
9. A good chair suited for working at the desk was lacking, unfortunately.
"Nice staff, adequate location, subpar furnishings; not a great value " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/21/2009 Vote
10. However, it seems as though they are not equipped to handle the amount of conferences that are held there and are severely lacking in certain areas.
"Disappointing for a Hyatt " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/24/2009 Vote
