1. The front desk attendant was VERY apologetic, she gave us free breakfast vouchers and sent a nice welcome amenity to our room later that evening.

4. We did finally make contact with a different manager in the evening who was apologetic but said that our reservation did not guarantee us a king bed even though the confirmation said that.
