4. The downside is that it is located in downtown Jacksonville, an area that is not as alive as one would like.

5. The only downside is the hot tub in the pool area, it really needs to be resurfaced as the bottom of it is peeling up, but seriously it doesn`t make it unusable or anything like that; so its not a big deal.
