Don`t get me
wrong
the staff is still friendly and helpful and they surely make up for the avarage 4-star hotel standards but the WOW-Factor that I experienced the first few times is not existing anymore.

The only problem I had is the exit the hotel's website told me to take was in effect the
wrong
exit and did not allow me to get to the hotel without going around the block in an extremely high traffic part of downtown.
