noise

To make a long story short, we got the same crappy service when we complained about the
noise
and security was not able to get these folks to put and end to their partying for about another hour.

We are sensitive to
noise
at night and each room had issues due to the freeway on one side of the hotel and the mechanical plant on the other.

We were giving one of the noisiest rooms I have ever encounter, could not sleep all night from the up and down motion of the elevator and some mechanic engine that makes really terrible
noise
, even that we were 3 rooms from the elevator.
