8. Lastly, I think most patrons would appreciate complimentary wi-fi access in their rooms, especially since cell phone reception using an iPhone 4 is poor at times.

9. I have worked in customer facing rolls @ hotels from the Ritz-Carlton, Hyatt and Fairmont brands - I can't stand poor customer service from front line staff and call it out where I see it.
