3. The front desk person did provide an upgrade to a very small suite which smelled of smoke, though the property is suppose to be smoke free (and guests have to sign a document acknowledging the smoke free rule).

8. There was hair in my bed when I went to lay in it, as well as trash on the floor up by both headboards and the room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it is a non smoking hotel.
