The only
downside
was location - it is not near the downtown area, and it seems that you cannot go anywhere in Houston without a car.

The only
downside
was that after we paid for the room, we also had to pay $16 per night for parking and if we wanted to use wi-fi that was an extra $10 per night.

The only
downside
is that the beds are old mattresses that feel hard and springy and it's noisy location on Houston's inner loop.
