There were no mattress pads on the beds and the foam pillows were very
uncomfortable
(I have never stayed at a 'high-end' property where down pillows were not available).

uncomfort
ably hot both nights, and this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, the Holiday Inn would have been much better.

I personally found the mattress to be so
uncomfortable
that I could not sleep through the night and awoke several times with a backache.

The bed was
uncomfortable
and felt cheap, the coffee machine used paper cups and there were no condiments for it in the room (no sugar, creamer or anything of the like) and the valet parking staff were very offhand and not terribly helpful.
