1. Can't say I have had any significant complaints over the years, they make it easy to stay there and just get on with a week of meetings before travelling back home.

2. I called back and a different indidual answered the phone and advised he saw nothing on our account about a noise complaint, but that he would send up an engineer immediately.

3. My only complaint is the business center, which charges per page to print while many hotels provide a printer these days.

9. The only complaint I have is that the self-parking garage rates were high, and there were no "in and outs" for parking.

10. The room was nice, modern and comfortable, but our only complaint was that the pillows were not very comfortable and the doors and walls seemed to be thin as we could here a lot of the coming and going in the hallway.
