1. Basically, it sounded like a buzzsaw for about 8 seconds followed by a loud knocking noise, repeating every 1 to 5 minutes.

8. Nothing complimentary, everything extra, didn't find the pool until we were checking out, room was smaller than shown on internet, and proms both nights we were there, kids everywhere, loud, traffic, couldn't get in and out of the hotel without it being a big ordeal.

10. People were smoking in our non smoking floor and people had loud parties and the staff couldn't control them, it was too hard to sleep on the weekend nights with all the noise.
