Only a few shortfalls - the valet service was super slow the night of our stay (waited for 30 mins), the service at the restaurant was slow the next morning at breakfast, and in the bar that afternoon we ordered two different wines listed on their menu that the bar was out of (which we had to find out after 15+mins of waiting for the bartender to check the stock/cellar) and finally was brought a bottle that still had to be chilled.
