7. All of the above peccadillos could be forgotten if it weren't for the absolutely rude behavior displayed by the primary hotel manager, whose total disregard for my comfort or safety confimed that, from the top down, the Alden has no interest in the satisfaction of their customers.

10. There was a wedding when we were there, which kept the front desk busy, but the front desk staff were rude, impersonal, and were reluctant to believe us when we got to our 'nonsmoking room' and found it to reek terribly of smoke.
