7. I never do these reviews but as i was reading some of the old ones, it seemed like this hotel was getting a bad rap from people who pay little to nothing and want everything for free.

8. I understand everyone has bad days, but when there are so many choices of hotels to stay at in Downtown Houston I would think that they would make Customer Service a priority.
