2. unfortunately the receptionists are unhelpful and one in particular was unhelpful and unfriendly to the point that my friend and I considered her to be very discourteous.

4. On one night there was a party in the common area which seemed to be a lot of fun for the participants but unfortunately was a bit disturbing in the room.

5. Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again, but it is unfortunately not a 5 star hotel.
