4. If you know and understand Houston, traffic is a way of life so complaining about it has nothing to do with a review of any hotel in the Houston area.

5. When I complained about the non-disclosed fee for the fridge, they dropped 1 day of charges, but the lady at the front desk refused to clear the entire cost for the fridge.

9. My only complaints are the front desk staff was not friendly and were complaining about other employees etc, and we saw no security officer in the parking lot or lobby.
