1. Only one negative remark is the temperature in the room: too hot and nothing much you can do to adjust it (airco also makes a lot of noise).

2. My only negative comment is that the desk clerk after 5 pm was very young, had an attitude and was not nearly as friendly or accommodating as the other staff.
