2. At this point, more than slightly irritated but still very polite, my friend tried to point out her dietary issues and the severe health problems that can occur if she eats the wrong foods.

3. Rooms close to the lift areas are impossible to sleep in, the droning sound of the lifts going up and down is very loud and the bell that sounds (three times) when the lift arrives at your floor is excessively noisy and when you hear it all night long it is extremely irritating.

4. )The only down point that I can think of is their use of awful / overloud canned jazz music in the public areas, this became very irritating after a while.
