3. The hotel is slowly moving towards an eco-offering ( most hotels have, for a long time, offered the option of reusing towels for example) but given that the clientele is mostly the oil industry, I imagine that the hotel management hasn't felt very driven to adopt this approach.

4. If I have to be picky, and I know the hotel well, the service in the restaurant is sometimes very slow and there are few low calorie options on the menu.

5. Simply unacceptable when you`re paying nearly $200 per night to stay at the OMNI, and way, way too slow in this day and age that we are now in.
