1. I had a noisy room the first night next to the freeway but was moved to the apartment suite for the rest of the week at no extra charge and with no fuss.

2. Rooms close to the lift areas are impossible to sleep in, the droning sound of the lifts going up and down is very loud and the bell that sounds (three times) when the lift arrives at your floor is excessively noisy and when you hear it all night long it is extremely irritating.
