1. , the manager of the hotel are very profesional and nice, , during our several stays we had had some issues with the desk personnel mostly because some times they put young unprofessional cleks mostly ion the evenings or week ends , but most of the times we enjoy our stays and keep returing to this hidden gem hotel and definitly we recomend it to al our friends.

3. At this point, more than slightly irritated but still very polite, my friend tried to point out her dietary issues and the severe health problems that can occur if she eats the wrong foods.
