2. Plenty of stains on the carpet in the room, Staff opening the Room door without knocking first.

3. The second room I received had dirty carpet stains, no hot water, the faucets were leaking, small holes in the sheets, odor in the room, face bowl was chipped, hair in bed and to complete it, I was told by maintenance @ 1130 p.

6. The room was the same way, carpet worn and looked dirty,bedding was old and stained (the comforter, not the sheets), and the AC was slow to cool the room down.
