1. Carpet was clean, no funny smell in the room, the walls were thick and door was heavy - so I can't hear noise from the outside.

5. ' I have had very nice rooms there, but then on other occasions, I've had a room which was not so great, either due to the 'musty' smell (Houston is always humid, so that smell can be a problem, if the hotel doesn't take steps to keep it in check.
