1. We were concerned when we checked in that the noise from the lobby would travel up through the atrium and be annoying later in the evening,but that wasn't a problem.

4. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 3 PM, but we were fortunate enough to get a table for afternoon tea in the lobby, so the wait wasn't a problem.

10. The building itself is beautiful, but the service is not up to par--if someone's room smells as bad as mine did--not fixing the problem or finding another room IMMEDIATELY is completely unacceptable for a hotel that charges as much as the Brown Palace.
