It's a little bit on the stuffy/
pretentious
side, particularly for Denver (a fairly laid-back city), but the attention to detail in guest rooms makes up for the tight-laced, prim-and-proper atmosphere of the lobby and common areas.

manager at the hotel restaurant blatantly insulted me on my final day there.
