1. I thought about complaining and requesting to be moved, but I was very busy with meetings during the day and didn't want to hassle with a move.

5. I was finally given another room at my second request and that room had a bathroom that smelled strongly like fresh paint (I wasn't about to complain after the sewage gas smell) & the tub leaked on much of the bathroom floor.

7. The worst is when I wrote to the managing director to complain and received a form letter that never addressed my issues but thanked me for bringing my problems to his attention and assured me that my next stay will be better.
