1. Personally I was disgusted with the idiotic lack of training of the hotel staff.

6. Great location, a much bigger room that I was expecting ( sometimes older properties can be cramped ), and the massive walk in shower more than made up for the lack of a bathtub.

7. I am not very confrontational so we accepted the room for what it was, a 100+ year old room that in it's day was perhaps a nice place to stay but today lacks any resemblance of modern luxury.
