2. negatives: staff can be a bit brusque; there was some confusion about our room rate (no one seemed to really understand the particulars of the loyalty program in which we were participating), and the bathrooms have the cheapest toilet paper I've ever seen in a hotel.

3. That was the only negative we experienced while at the hotel - it was already late as we walked around downtown and then having to come back and wait on the crib was a little disappointing.

7. negative: Overpriced, small stuffy rooms, room cleanliness was sub-par, bed was too firm, valet has no room (you must park in the street and block traffic), you can hear doors slam out in the hallway as you try to sleep, toilet flushed poorly, water temp in shower varied throughout bathing.
