7. The only two small complaints would be that, being an older hotel, the walls seemed very thin and having the rooms facing an open air type lobby also created a bit of noise.

9. The tv remote had dead batteries, these were replaced within minutes of my complaint.

10. Upon arrival I had dinner in the Ship Tavern; a lukewarm at best meal, complaints to the Manager did bring satisfaction of a sort - the meal was comped but even that can't fully ameliorate the palate from a plate of cold prime rib.
