3. I want to thank Daniel (gosh i hope thats his name,,its the least i could do for after what he did for us,,,ok if im wrong then its DAVID ,,) The point is, he totally took control of a very terrible situation that was going on in the garage.

4. The staff was helpful, giving us correct directions to our concert venue when ours turned out to be wrong, and were always pleasant and smiling, even late at night.

5. So if you`re planning on visiting Cleveland, you won`t go wrong here when you factor in price, location, and staff but there probably are better hotels for more money in the area, it`s a trade off call you`ll have to make.
