1. The only negative was that the hotel is a bit run down and could use some cleaning and updating.

3. The ONLY negatives we had were that we had to pay for parking (a given for a larger city) and we usually try to book a place that has a free breakfast and this did not.

4. The only 2 negatives were the clubroom was not open Friday night or Saturday morning and the carpet on the 22'ndfloor needs replaced but these are easily over looked considering the rest of our 3 day stay.
