As other reviewers commented, it's tired and stained and not well maintained, How difficult is it to replace or wash a moldy shower curtain?My bigger beef is that after a VERY unpleasant summer night with NO AIR CONDITIONING, there was no apology or effort to bring us back - to Cleveland or any other Crowne Plaza around the globe.
